PH65479: ORF CONTINUES PROCESSING WITHOUT ABEND WHEN THE NUMBER OF ONLINEIMS SUBSYSTEMS CHANGES

Error description

• Whenever an IMS subsystem is brought down (or comes back up)
  while an online reorg job is running, the Online Reorganization
  Facility job abends with the message HRF01581E Number of online
  IMS subsystems has changed. These abends require manual
  intervention.
  This APAR allows ORF to continue processing without ABEND when
  the number of online IMS subsystems changes.
  The enhancement is being implemented because of the RFE
  IMSDBSOLPK-I-7.
