  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Customer may see a long running from    *
  *                      MLPERF.It may show console message      *
  *                      of uncommited read after several        *
  *                      checkpoint or Db2 cannot stop due to    *
  *                      long running of MLPERF even Db2zAI is   *
  *                      stopped.                                *

  The procedure called by MLPERF may pick up the bad access path
  after statics changed. To avoid this problem, add hint to force
   statements in procedure to always pick the good access path.
