  In some cases, the Automatic Binary Optimizer may fail with the
  message "Assertion failed at ./ABO2.cpp:3425: false" when
  optimizing modules due to incorrectly removing an internal
  USER-ENTRY label required to generate a PPA3 value indicating
  the offset from the starting address of Compile Unit Entry to
  User COBOL Program Entry.
