• Following the implementation of PH48747, during the startup of
  the web server, a default ConnectionTimeout of 5 seconds and
  ServerIOTimeout of 900 seconds are being utilized instead of
  the ConnectTimeout and ServerIOTimeout values specified in the
  plugin-cfg.xml file.

Problem conclusion

• The code has been updated to utilize the values of the propertie
  ConnectTimeout and ServerIOTimeout, which are set in the plugin-
  cfg.xml, instead of the default values of 5 seconds and 900
  seconds, respectively.
  
  The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix packs
  8.5.5.28 and 9.0.5.24.
