Error description

• In an AMODE31 program, the compile unit starts at offset x'0'.
  In an AMODE64 program, the compile unit starts at offset +x'10'.
   Comments are being added into the AMODE64 compile listing to
  identify the AMODE64 eyecatchers prior to offset +x'10', the
  offset to the PPA1, the DSA size, the compile unit start at
  offset +x'10', and the entry point(s).
