  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR provides improvements to      *
  *                      managing REST services in Db2 Admin     *
  *                      Tool.                                   *
  ****************************************************************
  This APAR provides the following improvements:
  1) Support for the RESTSERVICEDEFAULT option on the Rebind
  package (ADB21KR) panel to make the selected version the default
  version.
  
  2) Line command RB to rebind a package for a REST service
  directly from the REST Services (ADB21RS) panel.
  
  3) New option Replace on the Bind Rest Service (ADB21RSB)
  panel to replace a REST service by using FREE SERVICE
  immediately followed by BIND SERVICE with options from the
  ADB21RSB panel.
  
  4) Ability to look up a collection and accelerator values on
  the ADB21RSB panel.
  
  5) When issuing the B line command on the ADB21RS panel to bind
  a REST service, the ADB21RSB panel has values prepopulated based
  on values from the Db2 catalog tables for the selected service.
