PH65324: POSSIBLE ABENDS0C4/ABENDS878/OVERCONSUMPTION OF 31-BIT MEMORY INLOGICAL UNLOAD WITH ORDER CLAUSE AND SORT(EXTERNAL)

Error description

• A logical unload can face one of the
  following issues:
  - terminate with an ABENDS0CC4
  - excessively use 31-bit memory
  - terminate with an ABENDS878 reporting a 31-bit memory outage
    when all the following conditions are fulfilled:
    - the logical unload is processed in SQL mode
    - the logical unload specifies an ORDER clause
    - the SORT(EXTERNAL) option is specified
  

Local fix

• If applicable, consider removing the SORT(EXTERNAL) option so
  that the data is sorted by Db2. If the unload also specifies an
  SQLPART clause and a single output dataset, also remove the
  SQLPART to make sure the ORDER BY clause is honored.
