Problem summary

• This PTF provides the foundation modules for the QMF for TSO
  REXX extensions product enhancement. The PTF adds 13 new load
  modules to the QMF1310.SDSQLOAD library in support of the
  REXX extensions product enhancement. The load modules are:
  DSQQRXA, DSQQRXC, DSQQRXD, DSQQRXDC, DSQQRXF, DSQQRXGC,
  DSQQRXGP, DSQQRXGQ, DSQQRXI, DSQQRXRL, DSQQRXRS, DSQQRXSP,
  DSQQRXSQ. Along with the PTFs for PH65455 and PH65457 this fix
  adds the full support. See the PH65455 APAR closing text and the
  external documentation for more information on this new
  enhancement.
