Correct the following IMS PA issues that are related to Intellimagic: 1) Region Occupancy is occasionally reported above 100%. 2) IMS ID is occasionally reported as "IMS" instead of the IMS ID. 3) At COMPLVL=5, some records are reported out of time sequence. 4) False schedules do not set a value for IMS ID.
