Error description

• This APAR has been taken to change the default CIPHERS
  attribute value on the IPCONN, TCPIPSERVICE and URIMAP
  resources.

  This APAR changes the default value of the CIPHERS attribute
  for new TCPIPSERVICE, IPCONN and URIMAP resource definitions
  to be 'defaultciphers.xml' instead of the default list of
  2-digit ciphers.
  
  You can still specify a list of 2-digit ciphers for the CIPHERS
  attribute in these resource definitions but message DFHCA5564
  will be issued to state that this is now deprecated.
