PH65244: SUPPORT KEY LABEL IN DDLDDN

APAR status

• Closed as new function.

Error description

• The DDLDDN feature should support a DDL with a tablespace
  definition specifying the KEY LABEL attribute (either NO KEY
  LABEL or KEY LABEL key-label-name).
  
  As it is currently not supported, if the DDL provided for the
  DDLDDN option contains the KEYLABEL, Db2 HPU reports an
  incorrect DDL with an unpredictable error message.
  
  Note: if the DDL contains NO KEY LABEL, it may be removed to
  allow the unload to complete normally.
