Error description

• When program ADBUPGRD processes function and temporal table
  SQL statements, SQLCODE = -20490 and SQLCODE = -454 can occur,
   which causes ADBUPGRD to end prematurely. This fix ensures
   ADBUPGRD will tolerate SQLCODE = -20490 and SQLCODE = -454.
