Error description

• With UI99566 applied, following ABENDs can occur:
  ABND=04E-00E20004,LOC=DSNSLD1.DSNSVBK +02D7A
  ABND=04E-00E20003,LOC=DSNLTEXC.DSNSVBK +02D7A
  ABND=04E-00E20004,LOC=DSN3AUCN.DSNSVBK +02D88
  ABND=04E-00E20003,LOC=DSNLXPAL.DSNSVBK +02D7A
  
  
  Afterwards, DB2 ABNORMAL TERMINATION REASON=00E50702 can
  occur.
  
  Problem was exposed after millions of authentication failures
  occurred causing BTB storage accumulation (while caching
  information from the suppressed ICH* / IRR* messages that
  accompany the DSNL030I messages). Db2 restart is required to
  relieve the condition(s) (00E20003/00E20004).

  volume of applications attempt to connect to Db2 with invalid
  credentials, the authorization failure ICH and IRR messages
  accumulate and consume a specific local DDF storage pool.
  If this storage is exhausted, a storage shortage condition
  RC00E20013 can occur, potentially leading to the following
  Db2 abends and Db2 abnormal termination with RC00E50702.
