PH65228: CICS DFHSTUP JOB GETS ABENDSC03 WHEN RAN AGAINST A CICS REGION.

Error description

• A DFHSTUP job for creating a CICS statistic report fails with an
  abend SC03 when it's ran against a CICS region.
  
  This did happen after migrating to CICS TS 6.2.
  
  The error messages are shown below:

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: DFHSTUP may suffer abend SC03.          *
  ****************************************************************
  When DFHSTUP is used to format CICS SMF 110 statistics records
  it is possible it may suffer an abend SC03 when the SUMMARY
  parameter has been specified. Also, the TRANSACTION INTEGRlTY
  INFORMATION report might not be produced.
  There is a code path through DFHSTUP which can leave the
  DFHSTWRK data set open when the job completes.
  

Problem conclusion

• DFHSTUP has been updated to avoid the abend SC03.
