  activate and deactivate option there is still FTA option.
  2- Message EQQU045E sends incorrect information

Problem conclusion

• 1- The EQQULJSU panel was changed in order to remove the FTA
     choice.
  2- Changed the EQQU045E message to send correctly the
     information
