Error description

• Abend0c7 at x'906A' in DFH0STSY when running the STAT
  transaction and selecting Dispatcher MVS TCBs

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Abend S0C7 occurs when running the STAT *
  *                      transaction.                            *
  ****************************************************************
  When running the STAT transaction, and choosing the "Dispatcher
  MVS TCBs" option, the user experiences an S0C7 abend. This is
  because field TAS_TCA_ADDRESS, which is used to retrieve the
  transaction task number contains zeroes.

Problem conclusion

• DFHKEDS has been changed to test
  ktcbp->ktcb_active_task->tas_tca_address rather than
  tas_tca_address in order to prevent an S0C7 data exception.
