Error description

• Incomplete application structure recovery can occur if
  recovering from a log range that was written while the IGVDGNPP
  z/OS Diagnostic tool (formerly known as PRIMEPSA) was active.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: After recovering a coupling facility    *
  *                      structure, it's possible for large      *
  *                      persistent messages to be missing on    *
  *                      shared queues associated with the       *
  *                      coupling facility structure.            *
  ****************************************************************
  It's possible for the code which builds log records to use an
  uninitialised pointer to set log record metadata, resulting in
  primed/invalid memory being recorded as log record metadata.
  This erroneous metadata can then result in some log records
  being skipped during coupling facility structure recovery,
  leading to missing messages on associated shared queues.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code has been changed to initialise the pointer so that log
  record headers can be successfully located and metadata can be
  set correctly, avoiding the problem.
