PH65154: DFHWB0728 ERROR WITH INVALID_GETMAIN_LENGTH WHEN ATTEMPTING A GETMAIN WITH A LENGTH OF 0 25/04/01 PTF PECHANGE

Error description

• When DFHWBSR is processing a chunked message that doesn't
  contain any data, a GETMAIN is issued with a length of 0
  and this fails with a DFHWB0728 error. The trace shows an
  INVALID_LENGTH_ERROR being returned from the GETMAIN call.

  An HTTP client application sends CICS a chunked request which
  has a total size of 0. When CICS attempts to receive the request
  it causes DFHWB0728 message. The CICS trace shows an
  INVALID_GETMAIN_LENGTH because a buffer of size 0 is attempted
  to be GETMAINed.
