Error description

• After applying APAR PH64537, the Db2 log reader no longer
  commits locks in a timely manner. This can lead to lock timeout
  errors in the customer's applications.

  When there are constant read events, the commit event is not
  fired. This is a regression in APAR PH64537 compared with
  APAR PH61098.
  

Problem conclusion

• Increased the priority of the commit event.
