PH65100: The PH48747 custom property names are case sensitive

Error description

• PH48747 has introduced new custom properties which the
  property names are case-sensitive. This could potentially lead
  to the properties not being recognized by the webserver plugin
  if the user does not adhere to the expected casing for the
  property name.
  
  For instance, adding a custom property named `HostNameAlias`
  instead of `hostnamealias` may result in not being reflected
  in the plugin-cfg.xml
  

Local fix

• Use hostnamealias when setting tcp channel custom property

  The Custom properties in PH48747 are not reflected in the plugin
  cfg.xml if they do not adhere to the anticipated property name
  casing. The custom properties being:
  - SecureHostVerification
  - HostVerificationStartupCheck
  - IMSecureConnectorVerification
  - IMSecureEndpointVerification
  - GlobalHostAlias
  - hostnamealias
  

Problem conclusion

• The code was updated to make the property names introduced by
  PH48747 case insensitive.
  
  The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix packs
  8.5.5.28 and 9.0.5.24.
