Error description

• User is in STOGROUP panel ADB21G, perform UT primary command
  then select S for stospace, and receive the following error
  message:
  Novalue condition raised for variable DBNAME

  *                      UT and STOSPACE commands on STOGROUP    *

  *                      "Novalue condition raised for variable  *
  *                      DBNAME"                                 *

  The user issues the UT primary command on STOGROUP panel ADB21G
  and then issues the S primary command on the next panel, ADB2UG.
  The following error message is displayed:
  "Novalue condition raised for variable DBNAME"
