• This APAR, when installed with the Enterprise COBOL runtime APAR
  PH65057, enables the JSON PARSE statement to parse JSON strings
  containing '+', '-', and space characters into NUMERIC,
  NUMERIC-EDITED, EXTERNAL FLOATING POINT, and INTERNAL FLOATING
  POINT items, which was not previously supported before. See the
  JSON PARSE statement in the Enterprise COBOL Language Reference
  for details.
