Error description

• The GET /security/users/current-user API checks if the user is
  authorized for IZP.FUNCTION.ROLES|USERS|TEAMS.GET, but this
  check results in ICH408Is being issued. This APAR reduces the
  number of checks that can result in ICH408I
  Affected Users: Users of the Unified Management Server for z/OS
  and Db2 experiences
