PH65076: THE COMPILER FAILS WHEN IT ENCOUNTERS A JAVA METHOD CALL WITH NO ARGUMENTS

Error description

• When compiling a JAVAIOP Java method call that has no
  arguments, the compiler fails with the messages:
  
  IGYJG5125-U   The compilation was terminated due to a compiler
               error in phase id:  "IGYCJGEN".
  IGYJG5306-U   An internal compiler error occurred.  Condition
               (NO) failed at IGYJGJSS-32768

  Uninitialized memory in the compiler was intermittently causing
  a problem when a CALL to a static Java method was made without
  passing any arguments to the method.
  

Problem conclusion

• The compiler was updated so that there is no memory left
  uninitialized when processing calls to static Java methods that
  have no arguments.
