Error description

• When using the SV action on a job, message "Storage allocation
  error" or abend S878 may occur because all storage in the
  region has been exhausted.

  When using the SV action on a job, message "Storage allocation
  error" or abend S878 may occur because all storage in the
  region has been exhausted.
  
  When using SV and SE, the entire data set is read into storage.
  Based on the size of the data set, the user region may not be
  sufficient to read the data set into storage.  Increasing the
  user region may resolve the problem.
  
  However, in some cases SDSF does not manage allocation of
  the data sets correctly.  Although the user region is
  sufficient to read in the data set, the out of storage
  condition occurs anyway.
  

Problem conclusion

• SDSF has been updated to correctly manage data set allocation
  when browsing a data set using SV or SE.
