Error description

• Upon applying the changes, we collect the DDLs from the instance
  in creation timestamp order and send them to the Admin tool for
  applying the Db2 updates with the revised DDL changes. In some
  cases, the DDL order may be incorrect. For example, an alias
  might be created before the target object, causing the Admin
  tool to treat the alias as if it were deleted and recreated when
  the target object is created. Logic to sort alias objects has
  been updated as per Admin Tool guidelines.
