  When the IMS management of ACBs is enabled and ANALYZEPART
  READINT(N) is specified in IHCSYSIN, HALDB Toolkit creates a
  temporary DBD library. When EXIT parameters are specified in
  DBDGEN statements, HTK updates DBDXSEGX(address of Segment Exit
  Array) in the process. However an incorrect address was set
  at that time.
