Error description

• If a call to hidden panel ADB2ZPV0 has a problem to
  site-specific environmental setup issues, this can cause a delay
  of up to 30 seconds for all Db2 Admin Tool users until Db2 times
  out the call. Thus, the following fix will be implemented: Move
  the code from panel ADB2 to 5 panels that reference line command
  DSN that needs the code:

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: If WLM is not set up for the system     *
  *                      parameter's stored procedure,           *
  *                      initially loading panel ADB2 might      *
  *                      be delayed due to a call to retrieve    *
  *                      Db2 zparm values.                       *
  ****************************************************************
  When a user initially opens panel ADB2, this panel makes a call
  to retrieve the Db2 zparm values. If this call has a problem, a
  delay might occur until Db2 times out the call. Db2 Admin Tool
  catalog navigation panels can also fail if WLM is not setup for
  the system parameter's stored procedure.
  

Problem conclusion

• The call to retrieve zparm values will be moved from panel ADB2
  to panels ADB21DS, ADB21S, ADB21SP, ADB21X, and ADB21XP.
