Error description

• java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: javax.xml.bind.JAXBException
  when using Maven or Gradle to compile applications with the CICS
  annotation processor at Java 11 and above.

  Maven or Gradle and Java 11 are used to build a Java application
  that contains @CICSProgram annotations.  The build specifies
  that CICS 5.5 BOM 5.5-20250513205735-PH63882 or CICS 5.6 BOM
  5.6-20250513210244-PH63882 or earlier should be used.
  
  The build fails with a java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError for
  javax.xml.bind.JAXBException.

• The CICS annotation processor has been updated to fix the
  NoClassDefFoundError described above.
  
  Versions 5.5-20250812140737-PH63855 or
  5.6-20250812140420-PH63855 or later from Maven Central should be
  used.  There is no PTF for this APAR.
