PH64829: NULL COPYID CHECK FOR AUTOREBIND

Obtain the fix for this APAR.

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The same COPYID check is used in ADBTEP2 Autorebind feature so
  it should be fixed to include packages with NULL COPYID.
  
  Also, need to add COPYID check in GEN to avoid unneeded REBINDs
  for old copies of packages.

  This APAR fixes the following issues:
  1. The ADBTEP2 automatic rebind feature does not rebind packages
  if they have a NULL value in the COPYID column in the SYSPACKDEP
  record.
  2. The ADBTEP2 automatic rebind feature does not rebind packages
  that are invalidated by creating new column masks or row
  permissions.
  3. ADBTEP2 with the AUTOREBIND option fails with ONCODE=3
  when processing the DROP MASK or the DROP PERMISSION statement.
  4. GEN and Object Compare generate an unnecessary REBIND command
  for packages that have old package copies with a dependency on
  the processed object.
  

Problem conclusion

• The problems have been resolved.
