Error description

• IDAA_ONLY load job may hang with the following messages when the
  CCSID PARM specified on the job is not in sync with the Db2
  SSID:
  HLOU4094I 262 13:14:43.10 Unicode Character Conversion services
  will be used for this load HLOU5055I 262 13:14:43.46 Existing
  data deleted from target table.
  With this APAR Loader job will not hang and the job will
  complete the load.
