Error description

• The subsystem connection will prioritize using the group name if
  it is available; otherwise, it will default to using the
  subsystem name. In some cases, the group name is present, but
  the subsystem is not part of an active data sharing group, which
  caused an issue. The logic have been corrected to ensure that
  the group name is used only when the subsystem is part of the
  active data sharing group; otherwise, the subsystem name will be
  used.
