  fields specified is > 255.                                  S0C4

  When running an IMS PA Forms Based report, if the number
  of FIELDS requested is >255, ABEND S0C4 at IPIFPROC+1078
  can occurr.
  This is due to an incorrect size allocation for an internal
  control block.
  

Problem conclusion

• The allocation size of the internal control block has been
  increased.
