  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When using LINEOFFSET=ASPRINTED the 390 *
  *                      indexer can lose lines.                 *
  ****************************************************************
  The 390 indexer has an internal 1M buffer used while processing
  a document in a report.  The 390 indexer was not dealing
  correctly with the case of LINEOFFSET=ASPRINTED being specified
  and a line being processed that would not fit in the buffer.
  Additionally, the line that does not fit must be a page eject
  and follow a line with carriage control that indicates double or
  triple space.  When this situation occurs, lines can be droped
  from the document.
  

Problem conclusion

• The 390 indexer is changed to not delete lines when
  LINEOFFSET=ASPRINTED when the buffer overflows.
