  This APAR provides the following specific enhancements:
  
  Catalog navigation:
  Users can now issue line command TRUNC on panel ADB21T to
  run a TRUNCATE TABLE statement from new panel ADB21TTR.
  The new panel allows table lookup so users can also run
  TRUNCATE TABLE on that table.   All options for TRUNCATE TABLE
  are listed on the panel to be modified as needed. Any tables not
  allowed to be used by TRUNCATE TABLE will be flagged when
  using the TRUNC line command and will not be seen during the
  lookup table process.
