Error description

  • A queue manager with an invalid chlauth rule address parameter
predefined before PH59144 will not start after applying PH59144.

As part of rebuilding chlauth cache on queue manager startup any
predefined chlauth rules will go through the new checking added
by PH59144. If a definition that is considered invalid by the
new rules set by PH59144 is attempted this will prevent the
    queue manager from starting.
