Error description

• Customer is performing EXTRACT or ARCHIVE creation processing.
  The scenario involves related tables, with relationships which
  reference (VAR)GRAPHIC Unicode, or DBCS, columns and literals or
  SUBSTR expressions.
  The process completes without errors but not all related tables
  may have had the correct subset of rows extracted.
  
  Incorrect results may also be observed when performing EDIT or
  BROWSE of related tables with JOIN, as well as INSERT, DELETE,
  LOAD, SUBSET, RESTORE and SEARCH processing when such
  relationships exist between related tables or criteria are being
  specified against (VAR)GRAPHIC columns.
