PH64565: The z/OS Connect build toolkit V1.15 (and later) does not produce response copybooks properly.

APAR status

• Closed as unreproducible in next release.

Error description

• When running version 1.15 of the z/OS Connect build toolkit,
  when "additionalProperties":true is specified in the json
  schema, the response copybooks produced do not have any of the
  fields from the swagger. This problem is not present in V1.11.
  
  If the additional properties are referenced by a $ref statement,
  the copybooks are correctly generated.
  

Local fix

• 1. If possible, remove "additionalProperties":true from the
     relevant HTTP status code schema.
  2. If the additionalProperties tag is required, define a new
     variable under definitions, move all the properties and
     "additonalProperties":true inside that definition and refer
     to this new definition using $ref from the schema of the
     relevant HTTP status code response.

  generate response copybooks when additionalProperties":true is
  specified, without the need for a $ref statement pointing a
  schema containing the additional properties.
  
  The build toolkit version has been updated to V1.20.
  
  The fix for this APAR is expected to be delivered by the PTFs
  for z/OS Connect V3.0.93.0 (PH66161).
