Error description

• Error Message: Digest Clone in OpenJCEPlus may cause a
  performance regression.
  That does not generate an error, but it may affect the
  performance of some security services that rely on the digest
  clone operation using the OpenJCEPlus provider.

  Due to the performance regression, IBM Java Health Centre may be
  alert to a possible issue with the Digest.clone() method and the
  longer code path.
  

Local fix

• The issue can be skipped by using other unaffected CR releases.
