PH64551: OBJECT COMPARE FAILS TO OUTPUT ENTIRE COMMENT ON TABLE STATEMENT

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When object compare is recreating a table that has had its
  comment changed, object compare will fail to output the entire
  COMMMENT ON TABLE statement. This partial statement will lead to
  errors when running the change. Object Compare should properly
  output the entire statement.
