APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• A timer is set to commit the transaction while reading the Db2
  log. When log reading ends, the timer was not cleared before
  deallocating the event control block (ECB). Another timer is set
  to retry sending log data to the client when the TCP/IP buffer
  is full. When log reading ends, the timer was not cleared before
  deallocating the ECB. When either of these timers tries to
  trigger the ECB that was deallocated, it sometimes results in
  SYMPTOM DUMP SYSTEM COMPLETION CODE=402.
