Error description

• Customer is attempting an Optim EXTRACT process using an AD
  containing a Partitioned Table.The Extract process invokes
  IBM HPU to unload from an individual Image copy dataset for
  each partition. During the Extract (unload) process IBM HPU ends
  with a Fatal Syntax Error.

  Incorrect control card was generated by Optim in order to
  process the unload from Imagecopy dataset using HPU. This error
  occurs only when separate image copy datasets are available
  for each partition.
  Optim generates an incorrect control card similar to the one
  shown below:
  UNLOAD TABLESPACE DBNAME.PSTJSPBR
  DB2 NO  PSTC*
  
  Instead, it should be something like this:
  UNLOAD TABLESPACE DBNAME.PSTJSPBR
  COPYDDN PSTC*
  DB2 NO
  

Problem conclusion

• Optim processing has been corrected to handle the above
  mentioned scenario.
