PH64449: GRAPHQL UPDATES FOR DISPLAYING FIELDS CORRECTLY IN CICS EXPLORER

Error description

• This APAR has been created to update the internal processing
  associated with GraphQL aggregation for the 'Nature' and
  'Device' fields (in the Terminal displays in CICS Explorer) and
  add support for the REMSESSION value on NATURE. This is related
  to the changes that will be instituted in the CICS Explorer by
  APAR IJ53157.

  *                      enumerated values, but is presented     *
  *                      through the CMCI GraphQL API as a       *
  *                      text field.                             *

  * RECOMMENDATION: After applying the PTF which resolves        *
  *                 PH64449, all CMAS and WUI regions should     *
  *                 be restarted to apply the update.            *
  *                 This can be done in any order.               *

  On the TERMNL resource table, the NATURE attribute should be
  one of the following enumerated values:
       TERMINAL, MODEL, SESSION, SURROGATE, REMSESSION
  When trying to filter the CICS Explorer Terminals view by field
  "Nature", the input field presented is a text field and not
  as an enumerated list.
  This is due to an error in the model used by CICS Explorer and
  the CMCI GraphQL server.
  
  Additionally, the REMSESSION value was not declared in the
  model and must be added. This also prevented REMSESSION being
  displayed in the CICSplex SM Web User Interface.
  
  CICS Explorer will be updated in APAR IJ53157. To use the
  "Group By" capability for TERMNL resources, both
  CICS Explorer APAR IJ53157 and CICSPlex SM APAR PH64449
  must be applied. Note that using "Group By" requires the WUI
  region to be running the CMCI JVM server EYUCMCIJ.
  
  If IJ53157 is applied prior to this APAR, then CICS Explorer
  may issue an error when using "Group By" with TERMNL resources:
     GraphQLError [message=Validation error (FieldUndefined@[cicsp
     lex/cicsResources/termnl/aggregateRecord/nature/unspecified])
     : Field 'unspecified' in type 'StringAggregationType' is unde
     fined, locations=[Location [line=1, column=nnn]]]
  

Problem conclusion

• The TERMNL resource table has been updated to add
  the missing REMSESSION enumeration value for NATURE.
  The CMCI GraphQL server model has been updated to reflect this,
  and to treat the NATURE attributes as an enumerated field.
