  1. IZPCA requires toleration for SMF 1153 records.
  2. During SMF Log Records component install:
     a. Exec DRLEACIN is allocating DRLCOPYL with insufficient
        space.
     b. Record procedure DRL2S992 is not referenced correctly
        in DRLISMF.
