PH64387: Provide security discovery JCL and REXX EXECs In CICS TS 6.1

Error description

• The DFH$R2SM and DFH$SM2R jobs and their associated REXXX EXECs
  will be made available in CICS TS 6.1. This allows users to
  extract information from RACF and create an ESM file that can
  be imported into the security discovery editor within the CICS
  Explorer. This allows the existing RACF definitions for CICS
  users and resources to be analysed and improved ahead of runtime
  discovery data being available in CICS TS 6.2.
  
  The jobs and EXECs provided with CICS TS 6.2 will be updated
  with changes made since GA.

  This APAR provides the JCL and REXX EXECs that are part of
  CICS security discovery.  This allows for current CICS security
  definitions with RACF to be analyzed and improved using the
  security discovery perspective within the latest version of the
  CICS Explorer.
  

Problem conclusion

• This APAR provides the following JCL and EXECs:
  DFH$XSR.EXEC - EXEC for DFH$R2SM
  DFH$XSU.EXEC - EXEC for DFH$SM2R
  DFH$R2SM.JCL - Job to convert RACF information into security
                 metadata (a .esm file)
  DFH$SM2R.JCL - Job to convert security metadata (a .esm file)
                 into RACF commands
  DFH$SOBS.JCL - Job to allow customers to obfuscate information
                 in a .esm and .sdd file before sending to IBM
                 support
  DFHXSDBG.JCL - Job used by DFHXSMET to provide debug output
  DFHXSMET.JCL - JCL PROC used by DFH$R2SM
  
  These are new parts at CICS TS 6.1. The parts have been updated
  with enhancements and defect fixes at CICS TS 6.2
