Error description

You turn CICS internal trace on and attempt to purge a task
    associated with an IPCONN session.
After this you receive the following message and a dump is
    taken:

DFHTR0004 A possible loop has been detected at offset X'FFFF' in
              module DFHTRPT
The dump shows DFHEISM attempting to put out trace
    TID_ISEM_CONN_ERROR, x'140B' or decimal trace point 5131,
but is passing bad information in the parameter list
causing the trace program to get into a loop.

Two CICS regions have an IP connection between them. There is a
connection failure while a transaction is running, and a loop
occurs in DFHTRPT when DFHISEM tries to write a trace point ID
140B trace entry. It fails to write the trace entry.
