Error description

• IBM Test Accelerator for Z 1.0.1
  On-demand Dev and Test environment for z/OS 1.0.1
  
  When adding a Target Environment with a non-root userid, the UI
  fails with the error message "Attention required" and no other
  information.
  
  The tools server logs show an issue with the permissions of an
  installation script:
  
  E [31161]User do not have persmission to execute required
  product installation script 'provision-management.sh' on target
  'x.x.x.x', cause=Unable to complete validation of target...
  
  However, manually running the script using sudo is successful.
  

Local fix

• If 'run_as-group' parameter is specified in /etc/sudoers, remove
  it. For example, modify this:
  ibmsys1   ALL=(ALL:ALL) NOPASSWD: ALL
  to this:
  ibmsys1   ALL=(ALL) NOPASSWD: ALL
