Error description

• Enhance QMF for TSO/CICS to control uppercasing of passphrase on
  CONNECT command prompt panel when CASE=UPPER.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• This PTF enhances the QMF to support control of uppercasing of
  the PASSWORD(passphrase) with the help of new global variable
  DSQEC_UPPCASE_CTL  when profile value for CASE is set to UPPER.
  The global variable DSQEC_UPPCASE_CTL has a default value of 0
  and can be set to 1 to control the conversion of
  PASSWORD(passphrase) to uppercase when password(passphrase) is
  entered using the CONNECT command prompt panel.
  

Problem conclusion

• Enhance QMF to allow control of uppercasing of the
  PASSWORD(passphrase) when profile value for CASE is set to
  UPPER with the help of new global variable DSQEC_UPPCASE_CTL.
