Error description

• Incorrect result.  The return value of the COMBINED-DATETIME
  intrinsic function is always calculated as if the INTDATE(ANSI)
  compiler option is in effect.  INTDATE(LILIAN) is not honored.

Problem conclusion

• The compiler was updated to ensure that it properly takes
  into account the setting of the INTDATE(LILIAN) compiler option
  when processing the COMBINED-DATETIME intrinsic function.
