Error description

• When the Db2 for z/OS SKIPUNCI subsystem parameter is set to
  YES, it is possible during CDC table refresh to miss log records
  inserted while a LOAD operation occurs for the same table.

  *                      record for any SQL activity that        *
  *                      changes the source table, including a   *
  *                      LOAD activity with the LOAD RESUME YES  *
  *                      SHRLEVEL CHANGE option.                 *

Problem conclusion

• A new DBMS configuration control statement is introduced to
  allow the user to decide what kind of lock they will use during
  IIDR refresh operation. Moreover, the WAITFOROUTCOME parameter
  for Db2 for z/OS is used to make sure that uncommitted inserts
  are not skipped.
